-WHERE IS SPENCER AVIATION LOCATED AT THE AIRPORT? Spencer Aviation is located
in the new Jetstream Corporate Center which is located on the northeast side of the airport. You must park in the general airport parking
area and walk through the pedestrian gate to the Jetstream Corporate Center. If you would like to tour our facilities, meet
our instructors and see our aircraft, please call or email for an appointment. -WHEN DO YOU OFFER FLIGHT TRAINING? Spencer Aviation offers flight training 7 days a week year round. With 10
flight instructors, we can accommodate your schedule and fly when it is convenient for you. All flight lessons are by
appointment. |

-HOW DO I
PAY FOR FLIGHT TRAINING? You can pay for your training several ways. You can pay as you go. We accept all major credit cards,
cash or check. Discounts are available for depositing a minimum of $1000.00 in your account and drawing off of your account
instead of paying at the end of each lesson. Additional discount available if your deposit is paid in cash. You can also finance
your training through Pilot
Finance, Inc. We take care of the paperwork for you and can have your loan approved in 24 hours.

-WHAT ARE YOUR AIRCRAFT AND INSTRUCTOR RATES?
Our aircraft rental rates (effective NOV
1/2011) are listed below:
Cessna 150 $88-94/hour
Diamond Eclipse $100-106/hour
Evektor SportStar $100-106/hour
Cessna 172R $115-121/hour
Flight Instructor $40/hour
Simulator $35/hour

Aviation DOES NOT charge an initiation fee, monthly fees or airport tax. Our insurance includes a "waiver of subrogation".
Fuel is included in the rental cost of the aircraft. All aircraft are hangared and have preheaters installed on the engines.
In the winter the preheaters are on timers so the aircraft is preheated and ready to go before each flight. We have lower
operating costs at Delaware Municipal Airport that allows us to have very competitive rates. Our main goal is to provide the
best Flight Instruction and Aircraft at reasonable rates. (Prices subject to change with fuel prices)

ARE YOUR AIRCRAFT RENTAL POLICIES?
A PDF copy of our rental agreement can be downloaded below. Use of any aircraft without
a signed copy on file is unauthorized. If in doubt, sign a new copy in the office.
